1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a service with Pillar Mechanical, you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide residential and commercial HVAC services throughout North Carolina, including but not limited to Raleigh, Morrisville, Apex, and surrounding areas.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted upfront before work begins (flat-rate pricing)
  • Payment is due upon completion of services
  • We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards
  • Emergency and after-hours services may incur additional fees

3. Warranties and Guarantees

Pillar Mechanical offers:

  • Labor Warranty: 1-year warranty on all labor
  • Parts Warranty: Manufacturer warranty on all parts installed
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.

5. Property Access

By scheduling a service, you grant our technicians permission to access your property to perform the requested HVAC services. An adult (18+) must be present during the service unless other arrangements are made.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pillar Mechanical's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues beyond the scope of the requested service.

7. Licensing and Insurance

Pillar Mechanical is fully insured in the State of North Carolina. Our technicians are background-checked and trained professionals.
